On Thursday, August 14 th , 2025, during the official opening of the Food Basics grocery store in Hawkesbury, the Hawkesbury Central Food Bank received a donation of $5,000.00, presented by Mr. John Manax, VP of Operations at Food Basics, to Mrs. Jeanne Charlebois, President of HCFB.
