On Monday, June 23rd, 2025, in the Hawkesbury Town Council Chambers, Mr. Robert Lefebvre, Mayor of the Town of Hawkesbury, presented Mrs. Léa Arcand, a committed and emeritus volunteer in the Hawkesbury community, with the 2025 Senior of the Year Award, presented by the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury and supported by the Honourable Raymond Cho, Minister of Seniors’ Services and Accessibility and Her Honour the Honourable Mrs. Edith Dumont, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario.
